Prize under $2,000: You can claim your prize at the cash desk any day of the week between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m.
Prize between $2,000 and $24,999.99: You can claim your prize at a cash desk anytime between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday (except on statutory holidays).
Prize of $25,000 or more: Please call Loto-Québec’s customer service team at 1‑866‑611‑5686 to make an appointment.
Prize won as a group (shared with two or more people): Only prizes under $2,000 can be claimed by a group member at a cash desk at the gaming hall.

Located within walking distance of downtown Trois-Rivières, the gaming hall is easily accessible by car or public transport.

Parking
Free outdoor parking is available, but space is limited. There is no valet parking, but electric car charging stations are available.
Taxis are available 24/7.

- Please note that guests must be 18 or older to be admitted to the gaming hall, including its bar and Le Carlito restaurant. Proof of age may be required before entering and when completing certain purchases. Make sure to bring a photo ID. Photocopies and photos of your ID on your phone will not be accepted.
- Customers must dress appropriately. Any clothing depicting violence or associated with any recognized violent group is prohibited.

- Backpacks, motorcycle helmets, umbrellas and other similar personal belongings are prohibited at the gaming hall.
- The gaming hall cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items.
Lost and found policy:
We will keep commonly used items such as caps, umbrellas and lighters on our premises for 60 days. Higher-value items (e.g., jewellery, watches, computers, phones and wallets) will be kept for about a year. Staff members estimate the value of the items to the best of their knowledge.
To recover an item, contact Security. After the periods mentioned above, items that remain unclaimed by their owners will be sent to a non-profit organization. Loto-Québec cannot be held liable for theft or damage to lost items before they were found.

- Wheelchairs are available if needed. Customers who need to borrow a wheelchair can request one at the Customer Experience counter.
- Wheelchairs cannot be reserved.
- The gaming hall cannot guarantee the availability of wheelchairs.

- Our establishments offer a smoke-free environment. Smoking and vaping cannabis are prohibited inside and outside our establishments.
- Although the gaming hall provides surveillance in its parking lots, it cannot be held liable for any thefts that may occur. Therefore, we encourage you to bring as few personal belongings as possible when you come.
- Please note that backpacks, motorcycle helmets, umbrellas, etc. are prohibited in the gaming hall.
- Every effort has been made to ensure your safety and that of our employees, which is why we’ve put protective and preventive measures in place that are based on recommendations issued by the Direction de la santé publique du Québec and the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail. We encourage you to apply these measures at all times.
- Photos or video recordings may be taken, but must respect the privacy of other customers.
- No photos, videos or audio recordings of another person may be taken without their consent. Intrusive or abusive use is formally prohibited.
- Unless indicated otherwise, cell phones or smartphones may not be used at gaming tables. Customers must step away from the gaming table to engage in a telephone conversation or to use their smartphone.
- Customers must be appropriately dressed. Any clothing depicting violence or associated with any recognized violent group is prohibited.
- Staff reserve the right to refuse admission to any person whose behaviour is of a nature as to interfere with public safety or disturb order, tranquillity or the activities of the gaming hall. They may also refuse admission to any person who has been convicted of one of the indictable offences cited in section 3 of the Rules respecting conditions governing admission of the public, maintenance of public order and safety of persons in State casinos.
- The gaming hall uses a biometric facial recognition system as part of the self-exclusion program for individuals who have consented to their features being stored in a secure database. When a person enters the gaming hall, the system compares the image captured by the cameras with the information contained in the database. If there is no match, the person will not be identified, and no data will be saved.
