Arriving at the gaming hall

Parking 

  • Free outdoor parking is available.  

  • Public transit and a taxi service are available at all times. We invite you to use them to get to the gaming hall.  

 

Coat checks  

  • The coat checks are open. 

  • Backpacks, motorcycle helmets, umbrellas and other similar personal belongings are prohibited at the gaming hall. 

  • The Salon de jeux de Trois-Rivières cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items. 

 

Security 

  • Access to the Salon de jeux de Trois-Rivières is restricted to persons 18 years or older. Proof of age may be requested. Make sure you have a valid original photo ID with you. Photocopies and photos of your ID will not be accepted.

 

General 

  • Free Wi-Fi is available in all our establishments. 

  • Customers must be wearing appropriate attire. Any clothing of a violent nature or associated with an organization known to be violent is prohibited. 

  • Loto-Québec scratch ticket distributors are not in operation at this time. You can buy lottery products at the Customer Experience counter. 

 

Accessibility 

  • The Salon de jeux de Trois-Rivières is accessible to people with limited mobility. 

  • Wheelchairs are available for our customers. A customer wishing to borrow a wheelchair must go to the Customer Experience counter.  

  • Wheelchairs cannot be reserved. 

  • The gaming hall cannot guarantee the availability of wheelchairs. 

Gaming

  • We’ve maximized our gaming options while respecting the public health rules. This way, you have access to a wide variety of games.

  • Games are available in accordance with physical distancing standards. 

 

Cash desk 

  • Our cash desk and terminals are open.  
  • The following services are available at the cash desk:  
    • Exchange of foreign currencies (American dollars) to Canadian dollars 
  • Terminals are also available for the following transactions: 
    • Bank withdrawals 
    • Cashing in slips issued by slot machines 

Bars and events

Ludo bar 

  • The Ludo bar is open at all times during the gaming hall’s hours. 

  • Our protective and preventive measures comply with the recommendations of the Direction de la santé publique du Québec and the Commission des normes, de l'équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST).

Lottery prize payout

Have you won the lottery? Congratulations!

You can claim your prize at the Salon de jeux de Trois-Rivières prize claim centre.

Lottery prize claim hours:

  • Prizes of $1,000 or less: Go to the cash desk every day between 9 a.m. and noon or between 1 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.
  • Prizes between $1,000.01 and $24,999.99: Go to the cash desk from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and noon or between 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., except on statutory holidays.
  • Prizes of $25,000 or more: Please contact Loto-Québec’s customer service team at 1‑866‑611‑5686 to make an appointment.
  • Prizes won as a traditional group (without Formule groupe): Currently, only prizes of $1,000 or less can be claimed by a group member at the gaming hall. Payout of prizes of more than $1,000 won by a group is temporarily suspended. To find out how to claim a prize as a group, visit Prize claims.
