    • Free outdoor parking is available.
    • Public transit and a taxi service are available at all times. We invite you to use them to get to the gaming hall.

    Coat checks


    • The coat checks are open.
    • Backpacks, motorcycle helmets, umbrellas and other similar personal belongings are prohibited at the gaming hall. Only handbags and coats draped over the arm will be accepted inside the gaming hall.
    • The Salon de jeux de Québec cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items.

    Security


    • Access to the Salon de jeux de Québec is restricted to persons 18 years or older. Proof of age may be requested. Make sure you have a valid original photo ID with you. Photocopies and photos of your ID will not be accepted.
    • Rules of conduct

    • Free Wi-Fi is available in all our establishments.
    • Customers must be wearing appropriate attire. Any clothing of a violent nature or associated with an organization known to be violent is prohibited.
    • Self-serve Loto-Québec scratch ticket distributors are not in operation at this time. You can buy lottery products at the Customer Experience counter.

    Accessibility


    • The Salon de jeux de Québec is accessible to people with limited mobility.
    • Wheelchairs are available for our customers. A customer wishing to borrow a wheelchair must go to the Customer Experience counter.
    • Wheelchairs cannot be reserved.
    • The gaming hall cannot guarantee the availability of wheelchairs.
  • Cash desk


    • Our cash desk and terminals are open.
    • The following services are available at the cash desk:
    • Exchange of foreign currencies (American dollars and euros) to Canadian dollars.
    • Terminals are also available for the following transactions:
    • Bank withdrawals.
    • Cashing in slips issued by slot machines.
    • The bar is open at all times during the gaming hall’s hours.

    You can claim your prize at the Salon de jeux de Québec prize claim centre.


    Lottery prize claim hours:


    • Prize of less than $2,000: Go to the cash desk every day between 9 a.m. and noon or between 1 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.
    • Prize between $2,000 and $24,999.99: Go to the cash desk from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and noon or between 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., except on statutory holidays.
    • Prize of $25,000 or more, annuity, or contestant spot on TV: Please contact Loto-Québec’s customer service team at 1‑866‑611‑5686 to make an appointment.
    • Prize won as a traditional group (without Formule groupe): Only prizes of less than $2,000 can be claimed by a group member at the gaming hall. To find out how to claim a prize as a group, visit Prize claims.
