The Québec government and public health authorities recently announced that most of the COVID‑19 restrictions at the salon de jeux will be lifted on March 12. However, we will continue to adhere to the public health guidelines still in effect.
You’ll no longer be required to show a vaccine passport to get into the salon de jeux. The same goes for our restaurants, bars, and performance halls.
The salon de jeux will be reopening at 100% capacity. The same goes for our restaurants, bars, and performance halls.
The Salon de jeux will continue to adhere to the public health guidelines still in place. As such, we ask that you wear a mask or face covering at the casino, comply with social distancing requirements, and sanitize your hands when you arrive and whenever required (e.g. when moving around, at gaming tables, at the cash desk and customer service counters, etc.).

Parking
Free outdoor parking is available.
Public transit and a taxi service are available at all times. We invite you to use them to get to the gaming hall.
Coat checks
The coat checks are open.
Backpacks, motorcycle helmets, umbrellas and other similar personal belongings are prohibited at the gaming hall.
The Salon de jeux de Québec cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items.
Security
Access to the Salon de jeux de Québec is restricted to persons 18 years or older. Proof of age may be requested. Make sure you have a valid photo ID with you.
General
Free Wi-Fi is available in all our establishments.
Customers must be wearing appropriate attire. Any clothing of a violent nature or associated with an organization known to be violent is prohibited.
Self-serve Loto-Québec scratch ticket distributors are not in operation at this time. You can buy lottery products at the Customer Experience counter.
Accessibility
The Salon de jeux de Québec is accessible to people with limited mobility.
Wheelchairs are available for our customers. A customer wishing to borrow a wheelchair must go to the Customer Experience counter.
Wheelchairs cannot be reserved.
The gaming hall cannot guarantee the availability of wheelchairs.
We’ve maximized our gaming options while respecting the public health rules. This way, you have access to a wide variety of games.
