About our Salons de jeux

Established in 2007 under the name Ludoplex, the two Salons de jeux are operated by the Société des casinos du Québec, a subsidiary of Loto-Québec. They both provide electronic gaming in a pleasant, entertaining and safe environment.

Planning to visit the gaming hall? There’s plenty of fun in store, but some things you need to know, too!

While there’s lots of fun to be had at the gaming hall, certain rules must be respected to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety. Our team will do their utmost so that your visit unfolds smoothly and your experience is unforgettable. We reserve the right to refuse access to any individual for reasons of suitability or safety. Enjoy your visit!

You must be 18 years of age or older. Photo ID may be required.

This establishment offers a smoke-free and vape-free environment.

Photos or video recordings may be taken, but must respect the privacy of other customers.

No photos, videos or audio recordings of another person may be taken without his or her consent.

The use of cell phones at gaming tables is prohibited. You must step away from the gaming table to engage in a telephone conversation or to use your smartphone.

You must be appropriately dressed. Any clothing depicting violence or associated with any recognized violent group is prohibited.

Parking is free.

The coat check is free. Only handbags and coats draped over the arm will be accepted inside the gaming hall.

Wheel chair access is available at the main entrance; you may borrow a wheel chair during your visit.

WiFi is offered free of charge.

Lottery prize payout

You can claim your prize at the Salon de jeux de Québec prize claim centre.

Lottery prize claim hours:

Prize of less than $2,000: Go to the cash desk every day between 9 a.m. and noon or between 1 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.
Prize between $2,000 and $24,999.99: Go to the cash desk from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and noon or between 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., except on statutory holidays.
Prize of $25,000 or more: Please contact Loto-Québec’s customer service team at 1‑866‑611‑5686 to make an appointment.
Prize won as a traditional group (without Formule groupe): Currently, only prizes of less than $2,000 can be claimed by a group member at the gaming hall.
