About our gaming halls
Established in 2007 under the name Ludoplex, the two gaming halls are operated by the Société des établissements de jeux du Québec, a subsidiary of Loto-Québec. They both provide electronic gaming in a pleasant, entertaining and safe environment.

Planning to visit the gaming hall? There’s plenty of fun in store, but some things you need to know, too!
While there’s lots of fun to be had at the gaming hall, certain rules must be respected to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety. Our team will do their utmost so that your visit unfolds smoothly and your experience is unforgettable. We reserve the right to refuse access to any individual for reasons of suitability or safety. Enjoy your visit!
You must be 18 years of age or older. Photo ID may be required.
This establishment offers a smoke-free and vape-free environment.
Photos or video recordings may be taken, but must respect the privacy of other customers.
No photos, videos or audio recordings of another person may be taken without his or her consent.
The use of cell phones at gaming tables is prohibited. You must step away from the gaming table to engage in a telephone conversation or to use your smartphone.
Parking is free. A shuttle service will drive you to the main entrance.
You must be appropriately dressed. Any clothing depicting violence or associated with any recognized violent group is prohibited.
The hall was built according to LEED environmental standards.
Wheel chair access is available at the main entrance; you may borrow a wheel chair during your visit.
WiFi is offered free of charge.
The coat check is free. Only handbags and coats draped over the arm will be accepted inside the gaming hall.
Lottery, bingo and Kinzo prize claims
It is now possible to claim your lottery, bingo and Kinzo prizes* at the Salon de jeux de Québec. How? Simply go to the gaming hall cashier.
Lottery prize claim hours
Prizes of $1,000 or less: Daily from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Prizes of more than $1,000 and less than $25,000: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (except statutory holidays)
Prizes of more than $25,000: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (except statutory holidays). Please make an appointment by calling 1-866-611-LOTO (5686).
Bingo and Kinzo prize claim hours
Daily, 8:30 a.m. to 3 a.m.
* Lottery claims are paid out in the form of a cheque, with the exception of claims of $1,000 or less which may be paid out in cash. Prizes of $10,000 or less may be cashed on site. Merchandise prizes, TV participations and annuities prizes (like those won at Cadeau surprise, La Poule aux œufs d'or and Gagnant à vie!) must be claimed at Loto-Québec's Montréal or Québec City offices.
