Every effort has been made to ensure your safety and that of our employees. The protective and preventive measures that we’ve put in place are based on recommendations issued by the Direction de la santé publique du Québec and the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST).
Changes to our hours
To allow for a thorough disinfection of our establishment every day, we’ve made changes to our hours:
Monday to Wednesday from 10 a.m. to midnight Thursday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to midnight
Reduced maximum capacity
To make physical distancing easier, we’ve limited the number of gaming hall customers to 250.
Sanitary measures and cleaning
During business hours, strict sanitary measures will be applied at all our customer contact points. In addition, surfaces will be cleaned daily to the highest hygiene standards, and the frequency has been increased.
If you plan on visiting the gaming hall, we invite you to book your visit online using our new RSVP platform. It’s the only way to get priority access.

Posters and signage
Throughout the gaming hall, you’ll see signage indicating the hygiene and physical distancing measures to be observed. It’s important to follow the signs to ensure your own safety and that of others. For example, kindly respect the maximum number of people in the washrooms, and the directional arrows when moving around the gaming hall.
Mandatory masks and face coverings
You must wear a mask or face covering in our establishment. You’ll be able to ask for one at the door. This measure is recommended by public health authorities.
Please note that wearing a visor alone will not be tolerated.
Updates to our gaming, bar and dining offer
Our range of products and services has been limited and adapted to comply with the hygiene and physical distancing guidelines issued by government authorities.
Reconfiguration of gaming areas
Slot machines and video lottery terminals are available in accordance with physical distancing standards. The machines and seats will be cleaned and disinfected before customers sit down at them.
You will be required to wash/sanitize your hands at the door, in several areas of the gaming hall, and when you leave. There are hand washing/sanitizing stations at the door and hand sanitizer dispensers available throughout the hall.
Distribution of stylus pens
You’ll be given a stylus pen at the door so that you avoid coming into contact with gaming devices.
In terms of responsible gaming, all of our services will remain available.
Our employees are bound by strict hygiene rules to provide you with the safest possible service. Before coming in to work, our employees are required to complete a health self-assessment questionnaire.
Installation of protective screens
To ensure your safety and that of our employees, our various counters (e.g. our customer service counter) have been fitted with protective screens.
Other protective measures to be observed at all times
Stay home if you or a family member are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, or if you’ve been asked to self-isolate by public health authorities.
Keep a safe distance of two metres from others.
Sneeze or cough into your elbow.
Avoid touching your nose, eyes and mouth.
Wash your hands often.
Throw away your used tissues immediately.
If you plan on visiting our gaming hall, you must use our booking system. This allows us to manage traffic and lineups in our establishments.
Please note that we do not accept new visitors after midnight. Only clients already present at the gaming hall can stay. .

We stay present on social media so that we can communicate with you effectively at all times.
Public transit (e.g. public buses) is available. You must follow the hygiene and physical distancing rules set by the company providing the service.
You’ll see posters in the parking lot reminding you of the establishment’s hygiene and physical distancing requirements.
As the coat checks are currently closed, we encourage you to leave your personal belongings in your vehicle. Although the gaming hall provides surveillance in its parking lots, it cannot be held liable for any thefts that may occur. Therefore, we encourage you to bring as few personal belongings as possible when you come by.
Please note that backpacks, motorcycle helmets, umbrellas, etc. are prohibited in the gaming hall.
At the door
A system to manage lineups, including physical markings and posters, has been put in place. You must keep a safe distance of two metres from others at all times.
You’ll see a poster at the door reminding you of the hygiene and physical distancing requirements.
An employee may check your ID or assess your health when you arrive.
Hand-washing and sanitizing stations have also been installed at the door to make it easier to sanitize your hands.
In compliance with the recommended hygiene measures, we’ll provide you with a stylus pen with a rubber tip. Be sure to use it when interacting with touchscreens to avoid touching the screen.
Have your booking confirmation on hand when you arrive and follow the instructions given by our staff.

Lineups in the ATM areas are managed using floor stickers indicating physical distancing requirements.
A hand sanitizing station has been installed next to the ATMs to encourage you to sanitize your hands.
You’ll see a poster on how to maintain physical distancing. The ATMs are cleaned every 30 to 60 minutes.
The cleaning products that we use are approved by Health Canada.
We’ve increased the frequency of complete washroom cleanings by 33%.
Washrooms are cleaned every two hours.
Urinals are closed in order to meet physical distancing requirements.
Because stall partitions provide protection, several stalls can be used simultaneously.
You’ll see floor markings inside the washrooms with instructions for physical distancing and accessing the sinks.
Floor markings have also been added for lineups outside the washrooms.
You’ll also see a poster indicating the maximum number of people allowed inside the washrooms based on the size of the room.

The counter and equipment are disinfected after each customer’s visit.
You are required to sanitize your hands.
The counter is fully cleaned every four hours.
Promotions and events
Slot Machines/Video Lottery Terminals
Slot machines and video lottery terminals are available in accordance with physical distancing standards.
The customer service agent will clean and disinfect the device and the seat before a customer sits down.
The customer service agent will activate the disinfected machine at the customer’s request.
Slot machines and video lottery terminals are activated if physical distancing is ensured between each customer.
The slot machine and video lottery terminals are fully cleaned at closing time.
The majority of slot machine and video lottery terminal prize payouts will be conducted without human interaction. If a customer wins a substantial amount of money, a customer service agent will come to the slot machine or video lottery terminal to pay them their prize.
The customer service agent will clean and disinfect the terminal and the seat before a customer uses it.
The customer service agent will activate the disinfected terminal at the customer’s request.
Terminals are activated if physical distancing is ensured between each customer.
Terminals are fully cleaned at closing time.
The majority of terminal prize payouts will be conducted without human interaction. If a customer wins a substantial amount of money, a customer service agent will come to the terminal to pay them their prize.

You’ll see a poster in the outdoor shelter indicating the maximum number of people allowed inside.

Lineups at the cash desk are managed with floor stickers indicating the required physical distancing measures.
Equipment is disinfected after each customer’s visit.
The entire cash desk area is cleaned every four hours.
